How to Start the Process:

It is time to get your busted shoes back to their former glory!  When you are ready to send off your shoes mail them to:

Along with your shipment please include a note with the following information:

• Name

• Number

• Email

• Return Address

• Specific Requests for your shoes (if none listed the cobbler will use their best judgement to determine the best repairs for your shoes and they will be resoled with their original rubber or our closest equivalent)

When your shoes arrive they will be inspected by one of our cobblers for necessary repairs and you will be invoiced via email.  Once your invoice is paid your shoes will be processed and shipped back to you as soon as they are done.  Turnaround time varies, please inquire directly at for current lead time.
