"I mailed in my shoes, but haven't heard from the cobbler yet."

We are a small staff operation with many customers around the country. We currently do not have enough manpower to personally notify each customer when their order has been recieved. You can check the status of your shipment through your shipping provider. If it states that they have arrived then we do have them. When we start working on your order you will recieve a digital invoice. One week later you will recieve tracking information when your order is complete.

"This is my first time resoling. How do I know what my shoes need?"

We realize that many customers are not familiar with shoe construction or materials.. If this is you, the best thing to do is select the "I Trust The Cobbler" option on the order form. If selected, we will perform the necessary repairs using factory original (or nearest equivalent) materials.

"What is the current time for turn around?"

Typically climbing shoes will take around 6-8 weeks. While non-climbing shoes take about 4 weeks. For more precise times please call.

"What are the differences between climbing rubbers?"

All are high quality rubbers selected by our master cobbler. They vary by thickness, stickiness and hardness. If you would like to know more, please call.

"I have a pair of shoes but I don't know if they can be resoled."

We pride ourselves in our craft and we like a challenge. We try our best to come up with creative solutions for resoling shoes that may not be traditionally resoleable. To inquire about a specific shoe, please call. Have shoe make and model ready when calling.

"I would like to mail in shoes for resoling. What should I do?"
